Coconut and Banana Smoothie

Coconut and banana immune-boosting flavour sensation smoothie, with the calming addition of CBD. 


  • 100g coconut yoghurt 
  • 3 tbsp milk of your choice (we used oat milk) 
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric 
  • 3cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 small ripe banana 
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • 1 tbsp oats 
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ pipette of Ace CBD Natural Oil Drops 


  1. Pour the coconut yoghurt and milk into a high-speed blender. 
  2. Add the turmeric and fresh ginger, pour in the remaining ingredients and blitz until smooth. 
  3. If you would like a colder smoothie, add ice and blitz once more. 
  4. Pour into glasses and serve.
