London will play host to the first European Cannabis Week from Sunday 23 to Saturday 29 of June across multiple London venues.
Not all events have been officially announced but highlights announced so far include:
Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 June
The Cannabis Europa two-day event will bring together professionals to discuss market developments in the UK and industry standards in Europe.
Held at the Southbank Centre, industry leaders will share knowledge and shape the future of medical cannabis in Europe.
Monday June 24
The law firm Memery Crystal, who specialise in advising those in the cannabis sector, are holding an exclusive drinks reception to liaise with others in the industry in a relaxed, casual setting.
Tuesday June 25
A panel discussion called ‘Green Rush: The future of Cannabis’ will be taking place on Tuesday evening.
The event is hosted by The Cannabinoid Trust and Metacanna, who will provide CBD-infused edibles and products and complimentary cocktails featuring terpenes will be provided.
Wednesday June 26
The Medical Cannabis Clinicians Society are holding an informal lunch with investors and licensed producers of medical cannabis to discuss the role cannabis could play in 2019 and beyond.
Chairman Professor Mike Barnes, Vice-Chair Dr Dani Gordon and Executive Director and Patient Advocate Hannah Deacon will all be present.
Thursday June 27
All genders are welcome at the Women IN Cannabis Workshop on Thursday where seven female industry leaders will share their experiences and expertise.
Hosted by entOURage Network, a platform for women to engage in, empower and explore the legal cannabis market, the event will include breakfast, industry presentations and panel discussions.
