Coconut and Banana Smoothie

Coconut and banana immune-boosting flavour sensation smoothie, with the calming addition of CBD.
Ingredients:
- 100g coconut yoghurt
- 3 tbsp milk of your choice (we used oat milk)
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 3cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp oats
- Juice of half a lemon
- ½ pipette of Ace CBD Natural Oil Drops
Method:
- Pour the coconut yoghurt and milk into a high-speed blender.
- Add the turmeric and fresh ginger, pour in the remaining ingredients and blitz until smooth.
- If you would like a colder smoothie, add ice and blitz once more.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
