Triple Berry Smoothie

Bursting with berry goodness, this smoothie is the perfect morning treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 200g frozen strawberries
- 100g frozen blackberries, plus more to garnish (optional)
- 200g frozen raspberries
- 300ml almond milk
- 125g Greek yoghurt
- ½ pipette of Alqemist CBD Oil
Method:
1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
2. Divide between two cups and if desired, top with blueberries.
