Triple Berry Smoothie

Bursting with berry goodness, this smoothie is the perfect morning treat. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana 
  • 200g frozen strawberries 
  • 100g frozen blackberries, plus more to garnish (optional) 
  • 200g frozen raspberries 
  • 300ml almond milk
  • 125g Greek yoghurt
  • ½ pipette of Alqemist CBD Oil 

Method:

1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. 

2. Divide between two cups and if desired, top with blueberries.
